My whole system has FrameDrops or laggs.
I ran my whole system with Norton but nothing was found.
Since the new Radeon update, I've always had at least 50% usage.
Even if I don't do anything.
(Radeon Setings Host Service, 33-70% GPU)
Service host: BcastDVRUserService (40-65%)
In Fornite I always had at least 300FPS and now only 60 and every 3 seconds drops to 2-12
In Minecraft always at least 800FPS and now only 120 and drop to 30
Can anyone explain to me?
My Fortnite keeps crashing (no response)
How can I fix these FPS drops or make the GPU 0 video encode down.
As I said, the GPU is used 100% by:

RX580
Ryzen 5 2600
B450M Pro VDH-MAX
16GB G-Skill RAM
I also had problems after a radeon update where I often had driver timeouts. The next update fixed it for me. So the best thing to do is to see if a new one is coming out soon. If you haven't done anything physically on the pc in terms of hardware and suspect that it could also be a virus or something similar, I recommend Hitman pro. This is specialized in viruses or trojans, etc. To recognize if these are already running on the pc. You can download it for free and don't have to install anything, so just run the .exe.
