PC doesn't get what it could?

I recently bought a new graphics card. Previously I had an rx 580 and have now switched to the rx 5700 xt. I will briefly list other components:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700x

GPU: Asus Radeon TUF 3 rx 5700 xt

RAM: 32GB

Mainboard: MSI x370 xpower gaming titanium

I think the rest is not that relevant.

Now to my real problem.

All the games I play still run the same as before (FPS) despite the new graphics card. I wonder because my new graphics card should actually have more, but it does not appear. The number of FPS is still exactly the same when playing. Of course it differs depending on the game.

Examples:

Fortnite: approx. 90-130 FPS

Rainbow Six Siege: 110-150 FPS

Minecraft: approx. 120 FPS

I would be happy if someone has a solution for me.

How high is the RAM clocked?

Standard question: Did you update the graphics driver to the current version?

There's often a mistake in that

The most important thing is the mainboard, or Aka. Motherboard! Storage and hard drives, power supply and co…

Graphics card doesn't matter if the system can't handle it!

And what kind of mega monitor do you have that you need more than 150fps? O_O

You actually limit the frames to 60, 90 or 120 fps! And nobody needs more! Unless you have a 150Hz monitor!

Upgrade to a Zen 2, the CPU is somewhat limited because the IPC are lower. I switched from a 1600 to a 3600 and noticed a significant increase in performance.

First of all, the Asus TUF X3 is by far the worst design of all RX 5700 / 5700XT, the cooler is a single faulty construction. If you can, send it back and buy a Gigabyte RX 5700 XT Gaming OC. It costs a few euro more, but the cooler is good

Regarding performance: How strong is the utilization of your CPU? And how fast is the RAM?
