No multiplayer games despite working internet connection, why?

I've built a gaming pc, reinstalled windows 10 and installed all the drivers, etc. My problem is that multiplayer is not possible in any game. Minecraft, Fortnite, Overwatch, for example.

The strange thing is that I have an active internet connection via my lan connection, so I can look, browse, download and start the above games.

Fortnite for example, I can start the game and come to the screen where you can customize your character etc, stop in the lobby, I also see my friends online in this lobby, but I can't play solo, duo or play.

Eg Overwatch, I'm not even in the launcher.

For example, Minecraft, single player works, but not a single server.

Netflix, YouTube, Spotify and other apps work flawlessly!

This is peculiar. Now I think of only 2 causes:

Anti Virus System or Software Firewall blocks the applications or the corresponding port.

Router blocks corresponding ports → must be released

Tu

Anti virus software is not available and with firewall firewall the problem still exists, thank you for the quick response

Tu

How can I share ports? Do you mean port forwarding?

El

Is the router either too hard?

Testweise one could activate in the rout times the DMZ function. This means that all ports are free and open for incoming traffic.

Tu

Okay thanks, all games work on my laptop, can it still be on the router?

El

No. Then the router is out.

Tu

OK thanks

Tu

So it's completely fresh windows 10, just pc assembled and since that there's this problem

Tu

Unfortunately, I'm not at home, what would I do if I know that?

Tu

Can that help described on this website? https://eu.battle.net/support/de/article/7842

El

Maybe reinstall the network driver or just reset the configuration.

El

This has to do with the port release in the router. Normal routers, which you get asked by the Internet provider, but actually do not need that, as far as I know.
