Curse launcher and modpacks?

Moin people.

The following starting situation: I had to reinstall the Curse / Twitch Launcher because he no longer had any favor. The modpacks I had broken down, but are all still in the folder inside. So C: \ Users \ Me \ Documents \ Curse \ Minecraft \ Instances

These are not displayed to me but in the launcher, so I can't start this synonymous. Does anyone know what you can do there?
