Is it possible to install Optifine with a Hack Client?

I want to play in Minecraft with Optifine but also use my Hack Client (Private, not Online). I can either use the client version (Huzuni) or Optifine when I'm in the Minecraft Launcher. I play on the 1.8. Is there a way I like Optifine with my hack client e.g. Merge or is there another way to play with Huzuni and a Shader at the same time? As I said: I do not hack online!

I do not know how it is with Huzuni but many newer clients included Optifine.
