Minecraft Launcher won't start?

I have a problem with my Minecraft Launcher and it doesn't start properly, so it still starts but then there's such a gray window and after 10 seconds there's no response I have already reinstalled the launcher, restarted, deleted the bin folder, Minecraft repaired and already switched off and on again via the task manager

My question: what else can I do?

Here is the picture and then there's still no feedback. Is there a solution? At least I want to finally play with my friends again and that's why they play without me (for 2 weeks…)

Go to the Minecraft folder on the PC and delete all worlds and data and mods etc.

Maybe it's because the launcher can't do this.

And maybe try to update Java. Maybe your Java version is just too old. Could also be because of it.
