Minecraft launcher stays white after start?

I had to reinstall my Minecraft, because it meant Launcher when I wanted to start a version, the launcher said that it already had a version open, which is not true, and now I have just reinstalled the whole game… But if I now Open launcher tue is then all knows, I have to say goodbye to Minecraft completely?

So I just deleted Minecraft everything and stuff… And then I just downloaded it again on the official Minecraft site, but then the launcher stayed white… 😓😓💭

It's probably a bug, but it can also be due to the graphics card.
