Use Minecraft account again after reinstallation?

Hi, I bought Minecraft windows 10 edition and created a majong account. Then I had a problem with my PC and reset it. I have now reinstalled Minecraft and can't play on my account. The account still exists and I can log in there. Can still play but the player name does not show it, only the one with the Steve man. Did I miss or forget something? Who can help me there please.

Uff, sounds complicated… Have you also logged in with your Microsoft account (gamertag)?

That was the mistake. Had the Microsoft account on web.de before and did that when reinstalling Windows on GMX. So Xbox Live showed the wrong e-mail and always wanted to create a new gamertage which I hadn't understood all along.
