Have you tried to update video drivers?

Otherwise, you may think that you have a bad Intel HD Graphics. Such problem has my Galaxy Book synonymous, and can't play a single game with full screen because the half Picture then so funny bugs. At my main PC with the same Windows 10 version, the problem does not occur.
