Size of the tributes of Panem arenas?

I would like to know how big a Hunger Games Arena is from Hunger Games because I would like to build one in Minecraft. It would be best if you could tell me the measures of the two Hunger Games from the books / films (ie 74.Hungerspiele and 3. Jubel Jubilee / 75th Hunger Games)
