Minecraft fps drop?

I bought a new PC 10 months ago, I tried it out with Minecraft and I had around 400 fps. Now 10 months later I only have a maximum of 110 fps, the fps are not so important to me, but is that normal or what can I do about it?

In most cases you have installed a lot of things in the 10 months etc.

Do you have any other texture packs that can also defeat FPS. This also means shaders.
