so I will now take an example game e.g. Valorant I might have been able to play it smoothly a few months ago with stable fps (never below 160 fps safe), recently I wanted to start again with valorant but when I was in a round I had normal fps around 100-160 but then at some point sometimes there's always a short freeze and my fps go completely down (10-40 max) I don't know why or what that may be, even if I have restarted valorant and also my pc, whenever I go into a round or so I use normal fps for the first 2 minutes or so and then suddenly at some point they just go all the way down to 30 and only go below 30 not higher and everything then always feels so spongy (is the same in every game) but for example In minecraft I now have 400-600 fps in a solo world but everything feels so very spongy and unnecessary I don't know what that is, when I join minecraft on a multiplayer server, then I have max 200 fps and after a while there it just suddenly goes down completely and no longer up to 60-80 I have no idea what that is and how I should explain it, in short, recently I've been getting random fps drops in every game and the fps no longer go up but remain very low.

I can't answer that, it depends on your devices, as far as I know Nvidia doesn't offer a direct function, you have to go to their page and uninstall the new drivers manually, then simply install the new ones, e.g.
