What's the quickest way to get out of the expanded end (i.e. Where the endcities and such are) in survival mode in Minecraft?

What is the fastest way to get out of the "expanded end" (ie where the endcities and such are) in survival mode in Minecraft?

You can search for a portal, these things are placed everywhere in the extended end and each one of them takes you back to the main island (I'm talking about the Bedrock-coated parts that "float" in the air:-)

The fastest way is still in two parts:

Pack all your things in an Enderchest
Jump off the island.

Alt f4 or / kill

Or with / ban @s overworld

Or with mojang.net, delete account xDDD

Either what Icubixx writes or / ban @s overworld. With this command you will be automatically teleported to Overworld. Overworld is the normal world - not Nether and not End.
