Minecraft Creative Mode on Survival Servers?

I'm looking for a mod, or a hack client, with which I have on a small Minecraft server without AntiCheat all blocks as in the creative mode.

The server is mine and a few friends but pretty much all the players have all the blocks and I wanted to ask if there's such a client and which one should be there.

I just want to have all blocks and items in Survival mode as if I were in the creative. Incidentally, I'm not an admin on the server, so I can't do a game mode command.

The client or mod should be free and aligned for the version 1.14.4.
