Your PC is very likely just too weak.
In general: Minecraft also works on the GPU. The CPU also plays an important role but the GPU even more.
I guess you record with the GPU right? Please write the GPU in here + Texture Pack Pixel + Shader (if available);)
Minecraft almost never goes on the GPU, the CPU is used the most. But for OBS, you'd need a good GPU for that. Please write all the specs that you know, that would be very helpful.
