Install Minecraft forge safely?

On the website I always get a notification that the website is not secure and I also read that people have already received viruses from it. Does jmd have an idea where mans can safely download? I would like to play with mods with friends: / (I'm open to other alternatives)

As long as you download it from https://files.minecraftforge.net/...tforge.net and don't click on the ads, you won't get a virus.
