Theme Minecraft 1.12.2 Mod - Journey Map Waypoints Deactivate teleport?

I rented my own Minecraft Server at Nitrado and installed Mods. Everything goes so far, only if you go with [J] in the menu of Journey Map and then down to Waypoints, then you can from a Waypoint you have created yourself to another teleport. How can you disable this, that no one is on the server "or you can" simply teleport from one waypoint to another?

That should only be possible for operators (OP), as far as my information
