Minecraft dead but alive bugfix?

So I did an Aternos server with mods to play with friends but after a while I entered / kill and since then I'm dead but alive means: have black hearts immortal the camera twitches and I can't do chests or no inventory I ask for help and thank you in advance.

Your client is dead, the server thinks you're alive…

The server has to tell you that you're dead, so that's why it takes a while for the revive button to be visible / clickable…

I'm assuming that this is a unique mistake… Just if possible, the server Leaven or possibly stop Minecraft forced exit and reboot…

And server may also restart sometimes
