Minecraft 1.13.2 Forge + Optifine usable (alternative)?

Hi, I wanted to play version 1.13.2 with mods but also play with Optifine at the same time because I like to play with shaders.

But as soon as I start Forge (with Optifine in the "mods" folder) it tells me that it is not compatible,

Are there any alternatives that I can use Forge + Shader.

I would see that the Forgeversion + Optifine have about the same release date. Try it with a version (Forge) at the end of 2019 (?) And try out the Optifine versions. Alternatively use 1.12.2 or another version.
