Why is Minecraft forge crashing (1.12.2)?

crashes. I have these mods: AdChimneys 1.12.2, blocklayering 1.12.2, modularitemframe 1.12.2, Morphingmod 1.12.2, presonaleffects 1.12.2, PrimetiveCrafting 1.12.2
