Minecraft Optifine Installer Problems?

A folder with java .class files is downloaded from the official OptiFine site instead of the installer described.

See in the pictures.

In the subfolder "Optifine" there are also Java files called "installer".

When I open this with java8, a cmd window pops up for 1ms and doesn't happen.

Please help

Where do you download optifine? It should really only be a single .jar file. If the folder name ends in .jar you are probably trying to open the installer with 7zip or WinRAR instead of Java.
