Create Minecraft Sky Server?

I want to create a Minecraft Sky server.

Do I only need a Forge server and do I have to install the mods from the Technic Launcher in the server mod folder?

And does anyone know where the map from the Sky project is?

If there's no server pack, yes. You also have to transfer the config folder.

I think there's one thing but do I have to be able to louncher on the server with Technic or with the mods in the Minecraft Mod folder?
