Why can't other players join my Minecraft server?

We have about 50 mods and Forge installed. I myself can access the server without problems.

We have already disabled all firewalls and antivirus programs, made Java updates, completely reinstalled Minecraft…

Check the modlist. Also the versions.

I have already adjusted everything and the versions must be the same, because I simply send the mods from my mod folder with Dropbox to prevent such problems.

I'm not sure but when I tried the time, the other players would have installed the mods that are on the server so if the players in Forge have the mods you have on the server, then it should work.
