The videos are cut so it looks like you're teleporting. Finally, you enter an online world (Video 2) and pretend that you have been teleported there. In Video 3, the person simply went into a Toystory Map and scanned it together. In each video, they just built a nether portal.
I was sometime when watching the videos it is clear that it is not a mod. Thanks anyway and thanks again for the answer that there are no such mods of Minecraft.
