What else can you do in Minecraft?

My girlfriend and I have been playing Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch for a few weeks now and we really enjoy it. We play exclusively in survival fashion. We do not want to cheat with creative fashion.

However, we're now at a point where we're wondering what we could do next. We play the standard version. So no mods or something.

What we will do:

Ender dragon
Wither
finally find a village with carrots

What we have already done:

House built with basement and many boxes for raw materials
Pets (cats, dogs, parrot)
Turntable for the amusement of the parrots
Magic table with bookshelves
a mine of its own
Monster Spawner (spiders) for threads
Own lake created for fishing
Stable with horses, mules and a donkey
Aquarium built with turtles for turtle shell
Fields for cultivation
Fully automatic wheat farm
Own village founded
Cattle sheds (pigs, sheep, chickens, cows)
Dolphins fed to find underwater chests
Nether portal and all Nether raw materials (especially for brewing)
Forest estate with forest discovery map found (18,000 blocks removed -.-); no need for underwater temple just because of other blocks
With a boat drove across the area
Several desert temples found
Desert mines explored with lots of gold
Jungle found
Ceramic desert found
Wetlands found
Ice landscapes with polar bears

What we do not care about is: Build some mega constructions from Redstone (roller coaster or something). We're not so bored that we would like to ride in Minecraft roller coaster…

We're looking more for "game goals".

There are definitely exciting things to find. Maybe someone knows something. I believe aircraft and submarines build only with certain mods, as far as I know.

So either a sorting system, Minecartlagersystem or a Shulkerkistenlager system.

Atomatic brewing plant.

Yes, that would be useful. So far everything in chests and signs to know what's in it

Well… In survival projects, the others always give me presents and I make luxury items that nobody else would do voluntarily because he does not need them… Without Redstone, Minecraft will be too boring after ~ 4 hours.

Do other people give you something to make you build something in Minecraft? I think you mean on an online server, right? Something is also uninteresting for us. Online, I would now also ask myself what else I could do…

Late Game? So we do not want to get big. We just want to discover new things. For example, it was incredibly fun to find a saddle and then find horses that we had to tame. But then sugar cane grown for sugar, etc. But now we have the small feeling that we have already done most, except things that you can build that no one needs. I also do not know what you can build table and chairs, if you can't sit down there to eat xD quasi only decoration that no one needs.

How about building an underwater dome in the sea and connecting it with a glass tunnel and rails to your main house / ground

Generally just continue to land.

Building a unerring fully automatic wheat farm.
Or generally build automatic iron / gold farms.
and if the Ender Dragon is dead, you could revive it.
Or you build buildings over the Nether.
