Minecraft - Install Optifine for 1.12.2 in Twitch?

I wanted to install Optifine (OptiFine_1.12.2_HD_U_E3) because I have problems with the mouse.

I downloaded it, but if I want to install it automatically, it tells me I have to start MC 1.12.2 before, I did, but still it does not work.

If I copy it into the mod profile (Revelation 3.01), it does not recognize Twitch.

What am I doing wrong?

Addendum: Just asked in the game, someone has the same installation (Twitch + same Optifine version) and with him it works.

Twitch does not have to recognize anything. Pack it in the mods folder and it's good.

Thanks, should it then appear in the game in the mod list? It is not there either.

Bottom left in the main menu should it stand when Optifine is active. Otherwise, try a different version.
