Did not know exactly how to describe it (in the title), that's why I explain briefly below, what I mean by that.
You certainly know the videos, in which you see a certain section of the gameplay in the third person view in fast motion, the movement of the camera, however, seems fluid, slow. How do YouTubers do that? If they would control the camera by hand, the movements would be just as fast as the gameplay. Are there any mods?
If so, the answer to your question is ReplayMod. It's a bit confusing at first and it's not intuitive to use, but it's worth learning.

I think the way the camera 'drives' is already correct, but of the time-lapse effect is the cracker's looking for nothing to see…
That can be done in the replay mod yes
