Completely sufficient for CS: GO and Minecraft.

Processor, motherboard and SSD are very good choices.

For RAM, however, I would use 3200 and 16GB currently doesn't cost much more than 8GB.

Corsair 350W is very general, Corsair also has somewhat worse power supplies. If you want to do upgrades in the future I would use a Be Quiet Pure Power 11 400W.

The housing is mATX, as is the mainboard. This is not a problem.
