I haven't been able to play minecraft properly for over 3 weeks. When I want to go to the shop it says "There's an error with your account. You will be unable to use the Minecraft store until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persists for several days please contact support." it also says "we couldn't connect to realms right now. We will try again soon." So I went to mojang's site but couldn't find anything about this problem?! Can someone help me?
Had a similar problem
Right click on the Minecraft icon
Select properties
Go to the Compatibility tab
Where it says Windows 8, click on it and change to Windows Vista
Apply, close the window, enjoy the game

You can actually use Minecraft as normal, but you won't be able to see any more skins and the launcher has to load first and then probably looks very different. You have to log in again with your account and it will take some getting used to. But only that helped grumpily.
