How do I permanently activate SoundPack on the TS?

I have a problem with TS³. I installed the Minecraft Soundpack from the official Ts³ website. But whenever I'm new to the TS joine you can hear the standard soundpack again.

How do I activate this permanently?

You can't activate a sound pack permanently. Unfortunately, you have to select it again and again. Really sucks.

Because I have a new PC (Win10) and my old PC (Win 8.1) was permanent.

Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 are two different operating systems. It would be new to me now if this were possible because I also use TeamSpeak a lot and I often have this problem.
