Bruh go to Aternos.org and rent servers for free and then bum IP and then you have server.

Start the local world as a server and then enter the following command in CMD:
ipconfig
You should then see an output similar to this:
Look for the entry "IPv4 address" and then enter the number combination after it on your sister's PC. Either as "Direct Connection" or under "Add Server"
If you still can't connect, a firewall is still active or your router is blocking the signal…
