For a few days we have had the problem that the LAN world is no longer displayed on the other laptop. We have already tried various suggested solutions from the Internet, but none of them worked.
This is what happened:
We played Minecraft in a world via Lan, then we were away from the laptop for about 2 hours, when we wanted to play together again later, "Laptop 2" couldn't find the Lan world of "Laptop 1". Even upside down, we do not find another Lan world.
Before comments like "You have to go into the world there open Esc and LAN world" yes we know that we have already played together as already said.
p.s.: we both also have the same game version.
I thank you in advance for your help
I used to have the same problem.
I then just played with my friend on a server where there are also normal survival worlds.
It worked again later.
I can give you a tip to make sure that the two laptops are connected to the same WLAN. Otherwise it won't work.
Maybe not that helpful, but I wanted to get rid of it anyway ^^.
It's a shame that Minecraft is bugging around there…
PS: later we no longer had a laptop but a PC connected to LAN. So we didn't have any more problems.
We're both in the same WLAN, so it can't be the reason.
Ok I'm sorry.
