Who knows a good gaming PC to record and stream videos?

I would like to buy a better computer on which I could record videos well with OBS but also stream them well (without overloading) e.g. Terraria, Minecraft, Block Story or other games, but the price should be below 1000euro if possible.

For such games, a 500 euro do-it-yourself pc is enough
