From an RX 570 to an RTX 2060
With an i5 5490k
And I have installed the graphics driver but have max 90 FPS with Minecraft and Fornite has extreme FPS drops in some places. What could be the reason?
The processor at minecraft doesn't care much about the graphics card
Your processor is too weak and the RTX 2060 is not necessarily the most potent GraKa.
If you upgrade your processor, something should still work, but your RAM could also slow down the system.

Provide the individual games with more RAM from the graphics card.
