Enough Rx 550 for Fortnite, GTA 5, Minecraft + Shader and Warzone

Minecraft in particular is very Nvidia optimized
Ryzen 5 2600x processor
Fortnite high settings 75 fps
Minecraft with shader 60-70 fps
Minecraft without shaders 200-400Fps
You will probably be able to play it, but it will not be fun.
So I don't know where you get your values from, but in this video he only reaches 35fps in fortnite

Radeon RX 550 is largely not much stronger than a Radeon R7-Series iGPU (Kavari) with 8 compute units, or even a Radeon HD 7750.
A game like GTA V would run at a resolution of <~ 720 to 768p @ Preset = low to medium next to a strong CPU.
At Minecraft with its really weak Java level and grottiest O_GL - implementation on Radeons, you could use the wrong texture pack + demanding MOD to make even a Radeon HD 7970 work up a sweat, even bring it to its knees.
At COD Warzone you are still far below the minimum requirements with this "card", because at least one Radeon HD 7950 is required.
Despite its high GPU clock of around 1.2 GHz, the RX 550 only offers 8 CUs (512 shaders) and 128 bit memory interface compared to an HD 7950 with 28 CUs (1792 shaders), 384 bit memory interface.
The RX 550 is basically nothing more than an HD 7750 overclocked by approx. 50% on the graphics processor, except for more modern features.
The RX 550 would be enough for Fortnite, Minecraft and GTA V. However, I would not buy the card. Anything worse than an RX 570 8 GB is not worth it.
