Lately I have had the problem that I get a black screen when playing games like: Minecraft, Warzone, Cold War, War Thunder etc. When starting up and the supplied CPU cooler gives the maximum of its performance. When I close the game with Alt + F4 I'm back in the home screen and can start almost everything except games. The PC was assembled at Mindfactory.

Perhaps the CPU gets hot very quickly and that is why the fan revs up strongly and the black screen occurs because of the overheating. It is best to replace the thermal paste. It may be that it was not distributed correctly during the installation of the cooler. That might be a possibility.
Or just contact the Mindfactory support and see what they say.
Yes, but that wasn't the case before. That only came after a while and was much quieter then. I reset the PC earlier, now there are no black screens but a mega loud fan.
Yes, that would be my only option. I'm not allowed to do anything on the PC, otherwise the guarantee will expire…
It's best to call Mindfactory. They have to be familiar with it.
