I already bought the Minecraft-pocket edition on a non Iphone in the Googleplaystore, now I would like to load the app on an Iphone but how do I do that without having to buy it again?
Normally this is not possible, as iPhone are from Apple and you have to go shopping in the Apple Store to use the apps on your iPhone.

You've been sold a product through the Google Play Store, in this case the Poket Edition for your Android device.
Strictly speaking, Apple's App Store sells a different product because its language is different.
Unfortunately, this is like the Java Edition for PC and the Windows 10 Edition… Do you buy the Win 10 Edition. Can't you exchange them for a Java Edition or use them on a Windows 8 PC, or to refer to the example on a Mac: /
Actually… Not at all, because you bought Minecraft as an "Android version" from PlayStore. This is only available on all Android smartphones and tablets.
Now you have switched to an Apple device; which uses a completely different operating system (iOS), so you have to "buy new" because there's no Google PlayStore for iOS devices, here Apple places value on its own shop → AppStore.
