I found an old board with an Intel Atom 330. The Asus at3iont-i deluxe. Would run with 4GB of RAM and the CPU on 2.1Ghz and a HD 4350 Minecraft? The GPU is not too weak have already tried it in another system.
Windows 3.0 also ran on an 8088.
