You don't have an Nvidia graphics card, but I'll explain how I solved the problem.

The trigger for this was the image setting in the 3D settings where performance and quality were not balanced.

Don't have any hacks

The following graphics settings can solve the problem:

Mipmapping
Anti-aliasing
Anisotropic filtering

You can find these settings in the control panel of the respective graphics card.
