Bedwars in Minecraft without a plugin?

I created a Minecraft server. Unfortunately I have not found out how to add a plugin. How to create bedwars without a plugin?

So downloading and adding the plugin is child's play.

First you have to download Plugin Beadwars, and then move it to Plugins folder.

The only thing that is a bit complicated is to set it up. You have to watch YouTube tutorial.

And setting up Beadwars without a plugin can perhaps be done somehow with a complicated command block, which is much more complicated and time-consuming to prepare than with the plugin.
