Hey me and a colleague have created a MCPE or Windows 10 server
We wanted to set up some games with plugins so BedWars skywars etc…
But since the server host allows only 10 plugins I had the great idea
that we could make it like other server also one becomes if one clicks on the item that tp't on a server becomes so that one then "from the server kicked" becomes and then immediately forwarded
How does it work?

What you mean is called Bungeecord. This usually allows you to connect multiple spigot servers, which in turn is a network of servers (hence the term "minecraft network"). To my knowledge, there's no Bungeecord (let alone Spigot) for the MCPE / MC Win 10 Edition. This is because Minecraft PE / Win10 is developed in completely different programming languages, not Java (like the normal MC).
