I made the plotsquared plugin in the plugins folder of my server and restarted the server. However, this plugin will not appear in the game and no folder will be created with a config file. Why is that?
As an alternative plugin I have already tried PlotMe, but comes with the creation of a Plotwelt with Multiverse Core always the message "Failed".

Just download the plugins again.
