Learn to program plugins?

I'm 13 and would like to start programming and have my first experience with Minecraft plugins (Bungeecord and Spigot). Would it be possible to learn to program for free with programs? But my english is very bad.

If you do not want to spend any money I would recommend LonzBonz or BiVieh if you would like to learn Java first as I would recommend then check out the book: "Java is also an island" at http://openbook.rheinwerk-verlag.de/javainsel/

I can recommend BiVieh to you. But you should really learn some Java beforehand.

I would recommend the playlist of The Morpheus Tutorials. Then at least you have the basics

No in your case not because I believe that your parents do not allow you to use 1000 pages of paper and so much printer cartridges where a 25 euro costs
