Multiverse Core: Gamemode the player change?

I have the following problem on a Minecraft server. There's the plugin Multiverse-Core installed. This plugin is set to spawn all players in Game Mode 0. But I want them to spawn in Gamemode 2. How does that work and how can that be adjusted?
