Add plugin minecraft?

How can I install a self-programmed plugin on an aternos server.

I don't know about Aternos at all, but the short time I used it I found it very confusing and complicated, if 13 euro a year is not too good for you, go to minehub, they are very good and also have a YT channel with tutorials for your website
