I run a Minecraft server that has existed since 2013, designed for up to 14 players at the same time. SkyBlock, Survival and co.
We include 75 plugins and around 10 maps. So far we have always hosted at Zap-Hosting, but lately the TPS has dropped drastically and every year the server is stopped hard because they have some problems. This has been going on for a few weeks now, but our money and the money through donations is a shame for us.
Therefore it is time for a quick change of provider. The only question is, which one? So far we have been with 10GB RAM and 25GB storage at no more than 20 euro a month.
The host software is PaperMC.

10GB is way too much. Actually, half should be enough.

If they are bad plugins that leak the RAM you shouldn't use them.
I agree, but there are often no alternatives…
