You can actually "progam" yourself. I often did one myself. But you need hamachi the people can join (not easy for people who do not know)
Otherwise choose Gportal. Have the best experience. Support is friendly and not too expensive. Get me there again and again a minecraft modpack server. Man can work on it without problems.

At G-Portal you have to pay for slots, I would rather pay for performance, as this is much cheaper.
I have been with Anker Gaming.com for a long time with my Multi GamingClan, which is currently the best hoster for us.
Not only is the price / performance right there, but we were always helped there very quickly and friendly.

Ne is combined together. Can synonymous first get a 4 slot server then additionally improve the performance. Or just more slots. Also gives more ram
