I would like to rent the 1 eurosServer on 1blu.de (https://www.1blu.de/server/vserver/ to open a Minecraft server, but since I have read negative reviews about this provider, I wanted to ask if someone has personal experience with this provider, or can someone give me a good one call cheap alternative.

Do not recommend anything here, since you do not seem to have the slightest idea about server administration. Educate yourself first and then consider for yourself whether it makes more sense to rent a Miecraft server.
The 1blu offer is only for websites. Minecraft servers can't run on it because of too little CPU and RAM.
You can also run minecraft on a vServer, and the ram should be enough, the minimum ram for gaming servers is 512 MB. How do you come to the conclusion that it is only for websites, there it is nowhere.
It doesn't have to be anywhere, since I can read and have a clue. Do you think your operating system doesn't need RAM and CPU? For a Minecraft server on a V-Server you need at least 3 CPU cores and 4-6 GB RAM. Also, what did you want with Plesk and SSL encryption if you don't want to create a website? Every server, including a V-server, wants to be administered, unless the first insulating paint hacks the server and uses it as a botnet.
Rent one at host24, Nitrado etc and stay away from things you don't understand.
