Because my PC is probably not the best and I want to start my own project, the DEcompilen version 1.8.8 does NOT work.
The problem is known and can't be solved because my PC still does not have enough RAM ^^…

Your question is for a normal mortal right confused. You can't decompile Minecraft because of legal problems. Decompiling a modpack is probably not the way to go. If this is not suitable for your version, you have to take something that fits.
Misunderstood question, please explain in more detail.
Everyone is entitled to decompile a minecraft version and everyone is also entitled to edit and republish a public minecraft version…
I have a clue as to how I do it, just my PC is just a little too bad, or my RAM too little (4GB ram are not enough ^^).
The whole thing is more in the direction of CLIENT CODING.
I just want to code my own PVP client like labymod or BLC.
I think you misunderstood the question and thought it was going to modpacks.
The modcoderpack is a TOOL, with which you can decompile different versions of minecraft to rewrite them or to program your own client.
Hope the misunderstanding would be cleared up.
