For me liquid always means more than 60FPS and you can never do it. At least not in full-hd. You can actually forget about other newer games as well.
I've tried to find some benchmarks, most of them do not get over 10fps, others 30fps.
I suppose you want to play multiplayer, since most of them hardly ever play single player, and that will not work either.
Apart from that, 4GB of RAM are far too few nowadays. Especially with Windows 10.
I can't speak from experience and the FPS are just guesses.

As you've already written so beautifully you can expand MC and change. This is possible with mods. And you'll never get mods on your laptop for life.
